Blue Hall in the Stadshuset Stockholm, built between 1911 and 1923. Around 1900, the growing city urgently needed a representative building. Originally, the hall was to be decorated in the blue colors of the Baltic Sea and Lake Mälaren. But then the architect liked the red brickwork so much that he left it as it was.
