Stainless steel sculpture of a Matchstick Man and his dog to commemorate Knott End-on-Sea's links with L S Lowry on the seafront at Knott End near the ferry slipway where he painted Knott End Ferry Slip. The statue was unveiled on 11th September 2015 to commemorate Lowry's association with Knott End where he painted The Ferry Slip (in photo) and other works.
