PEARL HARBOR (Dec. 6, 2012) The sun sets over the remaining structure of the battleship USS Utah (AG 16) at the USS Utah Memorial at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Utah was sunk during the surprise Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. Recent renovations were implemented at the Utah Memorial to allow easier access for the public.
