London: Albert Bridge in Chelsea on a sunny day. From the north bank of the Thames looking south to Battersea.

The Albert Bridge. designed in 1873, connects Chelsea and Battersea in London across the River Thames. It was designed as a modified cable-stayed bridge but has been modified for stability twice since - most recently in 1973. It is therefore considered a hybrid of three different kinds of bridges. It's blue and white towers and cables and its pink and gold sides are a popular world landmark. It is an English Heritage grade II listed building.
