CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait – Army Master Sgt. Chastity King, non-tactical vehicle fleet manager assigned to the 449th Combat Aviation Brigade, won the cross-fit lifting contest in her weight class at Camp Buehring Dec 31, 2017. The competition consisted of three circuits to include the bench press, back squats and the dead lift. Competitors had to lift at least their own body weight and complete as many repetitions as possible within two minutes for each station. ( Army photo by Staff Sgt.
