Michael Hollenbach on Thursday, Nov. 9, during the Virginia-class, fast-attack submarine USS North Dakota (SSN 784) change of command ceremony. The proclamation named that day to be USS North Dakota Day. Cmdr. Mark Robinson relieved Hollenbach during the time honored naval tradition, which was held at the Dealey Theater on Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Conn., Nov 9.
