Cory a 30-year-old Marijuana Patient Advocate holds a sign outside of the San Jose City Hall during an “Emergency Protest” against the City of San Jose’s proposed Cannabis Ordinance that would require marijuana collectives to provide patient records to the San Jose police and limit the total number of collectives in San Jose to Ten.
