Sail sculpture and pier change colors at night - inaugurated in 2013 and designed by Mexican architect Jesus Torres Vega, the pier features a surface of 2182 sq ft with a pedestrian friendly zone, waterfront promenade, scenic lighting and a landing dock for up to 6 medium size boats - on Playa Los Muertos, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
