Pure white color, mild flavor, and equally as good for keeping as the yellow sort. It is an enormous yielder,sometimes producing as much as 1300 bushels to the acre, and always sells at high prices. It is best to dry these onions in a shady place, and one where they will get plenty of air. Our seed of this splendid variety is very fine, and raised from selected bulbs, and is much better than ordinary seed offered by other houses.
