Students of Theology who have received and accepted callsand who apply for ordination shall appear before the Ex-amining Committee, be recommended by them to the Min-isterium and by the Ministerium to the Synod; and theSynod shall then direct the President to associate himselfwith several ministers, not less than two to perform the actof ordination at the time and place he shall deem advisa-ble, giving preference, if practicable, to a meeting of oneof the conferences.
