Ladies wearing traditional dress costume for the Yambol area and members of the Federation of European Capital Cities during the dedication service of a water fountain a grift to the city people, the gift was handed over during their week long visit to the City to build on local and national connections with the Bulgarian people. Each year, members: cities, associations and individual members hold an international assembly. The convention is organized by a member-city and takes place each year in a different country. The convention lasts 1 week between mid-May and mid- June.
