Army Reserve Col. Matthew Hirsch, the acting director of the Counter ISIS, Equip, Train Fund-Iraq, stands with Sgt. 1st Class Andrew Wright, the CTEF-I transportation manager, stand with a trailer moments before its July 7, 2021 pickup as the last of 660 CTEF-I items that were once parked in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait's Lot 54. This trailer, and the other 13 items in the last batch, were delivered to Iraqi security forces as part of CTEF-I's mission to bolster military partner capacity. The two men deployed to the camp with the Army Reserve's Indianapolis-based 310th Sustainment Command.
