Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, November 8, 2018 – Military sailors and soldiers work together to transport heavy equipment vehicles to the island of Saipan to help with disaster relief efforts after Super Typhoon Yutu made landfall, damaging hundreds of homes and leaving many residents without shelter, food, or access to clean water. Per FEMA’s request, the military has been deployed to Saipan along with other federal and voluntary agencies to provide assistance to disaster survivors in the community. Grace Simoneau/FEMA
