NEW ROSE, THE OEM (or The Fair Unknown)—This Rose is identical with .Marie Van Houtte, except that it is claimed to be twice the size. We have seen enough to know that it will do to talk about and praise. Of a fine, faultless straw yellow color, with the outer petals washed and outlined with a bright rosy crimson. Occasionally the whole flower will be suffused with light pink. It grows vigorously, blooms freely, and is most de- lici'-usly scented. In cool weather it almost changes color, taking on gorgeous crimson tints. A beautiful and superb Rose. PEARL RIVERS —The ground color is ivory white, with petals delicately shaded and bordered with pale rose. PRINCE KAMILE PACHA—New Tea Rose. The flowers are produced on loug stems, very large and globular, with petals of good substance; color, apricot, changing to salmon yellow. Will undoubtedly be popular on account of its beautiful buds. RAINBOW—The color is a lovely pink, blotched and striped witii the darkest crimson. RHEINGOLD—Long pointed buds; the color is a Naples yel- low, shaded with orange; a beautiful flower. RUBY GOLD—Tawny yellow, shading to "old gold" ; crim- son center, with veins of rosy red and pink. SAPPHO—The color is a rich apricot yellow, tinged with fawn and pale rose. SOUV. DE LAURENTS GUILLOT—A novel, new and distinct Tea Rose, with a marvelous combination of color and shadings.
