Broad Street, Birmingham 9th December 2023 - Revellers fought to stay upright on Saturday night as wind gusts of up to 50mph hit Birmingham as Storm Elin hit the region. Partygoers had their hair messed up as the buildings created a wind tunnel effect. Most wore warm coats and scarfs however some came out in party-wear, ready to dance the night away, whatever the weather outside. Partygoers had their hair messed up as the buildings created a wind tunnel effect. Most wore warm coats and scarfs however some came out in party-wear, ready to dance the night away, whatever the weather outside. Christmas jumpers and Santa hats were the theme of the night as the Xmas party season got into full swing. One woman wore a very revealing red christmas outfit showing a bit of bare cheek to passers-by as she smoked a cigarette. Three ladies whos Santa hats flew off infront of them then posed for a picture illustrating how windy it was pretending to be blown away as they hung off a lamppost.
