Ababu Namwamba, the Chief Administrative Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kenya. This was during the opening session of the AMISOM Mission Implementation Plan for 2020 and Budget meeting in Nairobi, Kenya on 01 April 2019.
