A decorations group of Acting Officer Ihno Ihnen, winner of the Prussian Golden Military Merit Cross (the Pour le Mérite for enlisted men). The Merit Cross in gilt silver issue typical of World War awards, according to the ordinance with "W 938" punch of the Wagner firm in Berlin. The gilding on this lightly used example is in excellent condition and is only slightly oxidised.
