A demonstrator shows a placard against the application of Article 155 of the Spanish Constitution during the 200 people called by the sovereigntist entity, Catalan National Assembly (ANC), have gathered in front of the council in disagreement with the "incoherence" of the pacts between the pro-independence group of JxCat and the Catalan Socialists of the PSC that has culminated with the presidency of the socialist Núria Marín at the head of the public institution of the Diputación de Barcelona. The ANC calls for the unity of the independence forces.
