A combination of very rare occurrences here…! We have a beautiful dawn bathing the Northern Fells of the Lake District with a warming light, the surface of Derwent Water at the stillest I have ever had the good fortune to and last, though not seen in the photograph, is the fact that there were no other photographers here to witness it…which, if you’ve ever visited this spot you will know is probably the rarest thing mentioned.
