Yellowtail Clownfish (Amphiprion clarkii) taking care of hundreds of eggs. Three generations in the same image: the loving father, the little baby, and the hundreds of eggs, meticulously laid in lines over a previously cleaned surface. The fathers are constantly taking care of the eggs, cleaning them, eliminating larvae, oxigenating them. If they do not perform, the female will kick them out of the anemone and find another better partner. The anemone will inhibit the production of its deadly neurotoxins in the presence of anemonefish. In exchange, the anemonefish will, with its movements, keep the anemone clean. Gilli Banta, Komodo Island, Indonesia
