The clinicalhistory, the radio-graphic evidence, andin most of the earlycases, at least, a freshradiograph of thesection at the time ofoperation should allbe employed. Thelatter method putsthe nature of the casebeyond all doubt, and decides at once the extent of the operation. The clinical and radiographical features of cases of tumour will be dealt.
