Alongone side of the garden is agood place. The berries shouldbe picked frequently duringthe ripening season and thepatch should be located whereit can be given attention atthis time. The Kinds.—The manyforms of blackberries are dif-ficult to classify. Bailey sug-gests the following groups:(1) The long clustered varie-ties are probably best canes are tall and branch-ing.
