The English-styled Mock Tudor old Post Office building and memorial town clock in honour of Premier Richard John Seddon, the longest-standing Prime Minister of New Zealand, who died in 1906. The clock still functions to this day, and the building is a luxury department store at Rotorua, a town on the shore of lake Rotorua on New Zealand's North Island, in the Bay of Plenty region.
