US Army Soldiers from Fort Dix, New Jersey prepare for the "MAD Minute" practice and fire demonstration as part of the International Infantry and Small Arms Symposium. A MAD Minute is an excessive display of firepower, when all involved fire their weapons. It's usually done more for show than effect.
