WILLIAM RADCLIFF MORRIS, Lawyer,was born in Brooklyn, New York, Sep-tember 19, 1S55, son of Lewis S. and Lucy (Tucker) Morris. He traces his descent on his fathers sidedirect from Anthony Morris of Philadelphia, and onhis mothers side from Willielman Tucker. Afterpassing through Pinkerton Academy, Derr), NewHampshire, Mr. Morris entered Phillips-ExeterAcademy and then Harvard, receiving the degreeof Bachelor of Arts at the latter institution in 1880 he graduated at the Columbia Law Schoolwith the degree of Bachelor of Laws, and then en-tered the office of Charles F.
