An exceedingly novel and beautiful flower, at first sight resembling a highly-fringed Carnation, but closer examination discloses the outer petals com- posed of a dozen or more distinct little fringed cups closely set together and raised above a full tasseled and fringed center. Each flower is enthroned on a beautiful green calyx penciled much like a pine- apple, giving it an odd, pretty appearance. Stems long and strong. A free bloomer, the plant being almost covered with these rare flowers from July until late in the autumn, piviug out the daintiest perfume imaginable. It most be seen to be appre- ciated, and once you have had it in your garden you. will not want to be without it. Flowers are white, light if^|^-f^ lemon yellow and violet rose and serrated. Pkt. 4c.
