English archery wins at Agincourt. By Henry Justice Ford (1860-1941). The Battle of Agincourt (Azincourt) was a major English victory in the Hundred Years' War. It took place on 25th October 1415, in the County of Saint-Pol, Artois, 40 km south of Calais.
