NORFOLK (March 23, 2017) Logicstics Specialist 1st Class Rachel Ryan, from Andrews, Texas, and assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Geroge Washington (CVN 73), recites the traditional retirement passage "The Watch" during the retirement cermony for Navy Counselor 1st Class Zach Schwarting at the USS Wisconsin (BB 64) and Nauticus museum. George Washington is homeported in Norfolk preparing to move to Newport News, Virginia for the ship’s refueling complex overhaul (RCOH) maintenance.
