RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico -- A group of civilian contractors working in tandem with the 85th Engineering Installation Squadron, Kessler Air Force Base, Miss., use an electrical saw to cut down a steel pipe by a communications tower in the El Yunque National Forest near Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
