CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – Food booths wait for customers during the 21st Annual Ginowan City Youth Eisa Festival Sept. 23 on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. The festival had games, dances and fireworks for the local and military communities to enjoy. Eisa dancing is an original Okinawa dance for the ancestors.
