Interior of an abandoned circular (often oval) ceramic kiln of a type that was in the past used for the manufacture of utilitarian ceramics, such as bricks and roof tiles. The wares are stacked on a wagon that makes the rounds in the kiln on a train rail. Firing is through the archways from outside. Photographed in southern Spain just north of Granada.
