Army Sgt. 1st Class Armando Delgado, a career counselor with the 3rd Battalion (Airborne), 509th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, won the Army Pacific Career Counselor of the Year board Jan. 30, 2015, at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
