Conditions of the FRIENDLY STAKES to be run at the Snmmer Meeting of the Washington Park Club, 1890. Colts to carry 118 pounds, fillies and geldings 115 pounds. A winner of any two-year-old Stake race at Washington Park of the value of to carry 5 poundB additional- Maidens never having run second for a race of the value of seven pounds.
