Oxford, England - 25 August 2017 No, not a new art installation, but a shrouded, scaffolding-covered building under renovation in George Street, Oxford. I find that scaffolding on buildings is a bit like electricity pylons; they are so ubiquitous that we don't see them anymore. In fact, they often have strong, abstract visual forms. So there.
