The first congress of commanders and administrative staff of special-purpose units of the Tomsk province, 1923. From a collection which contains unique documentary photographs relating to the Russian Civil War in Siberia. The photographs highlight the anti-Bolshevik ("White") movements, underground and partisan activities in Tomsk Province, and the establishment of Soviet rule in Tomsk. The collection also includes material about the punitive expeditions of Admiral Aleksandr Kolchak. Tomsk Oblast Museum of Regional History and Folklife
