Head, thorax, and abdomen deep purplish red-brown mixed with some grey; patagia witli some black scales; pectus ochreous white ; ventral surface of abdomen white irrorated with red-brown and with snbventral series of small dark spots. Foro wiug deep purplish red-brown ; antemedial line slight, black, highly dentate, double at costa; reniform apple-green defined by black, constricted at middle; medial line black, arising from upper extremity of reniform, dentate and excurved to vein 3, then oblique and slightly excurved above vein 1 ; postmedial line double, black,. Fig. 10.— sinuosa, cj". ]-. dentate and excurved from costa to vein 3, then oblique and slightly excurved above vein 1, some white points beyond it on costa ; subtermiual line black, dentate, slightly defined on each side by white at costa, then very indistinct except below vein 6 and between veins 3 and 2 ; a fine black terminal line ; cilia whitish between veins 7 and 5. Hind wing dark red-brown, the base whitish; postmedial and subterminal black strife at inner margin ; a fine terminal black line with whitish bar before it from vein 2 to tornus; cilia rufous, whitish at tips; the underside whitish thickly irrorated and in parts suffused with red-brown, a double curved crenulate postmedial black line and rather macu- late subterminal line.
