2nd Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, celebrated their 241st Marine Corps Ball, Nov. 12. 2016, at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum in Simi Valley, Calif. The ball featured Marines dressed in authentic reproductions of Marine Corps clothing and equipment from each different time period of the Marine Corps. In addition to celebrating 241 years of the Corps existence, the unit also commemorated the Marine Corps Reserve Centennial to honor the rich heritage of the Reserves and recognize the contributions of its Marines over the past century.
