RAGLAN ULSTER. This garment is made of regular gentlemens lambswool overcoating. The front of the garment is cutdouble-breasted and closes with six buttons. The backhas a center seam as far as the natural waist and fromthe waist down there is a reverse box plait in the centerof back and regular coat plait on the side seams fromthe waist down. The storm collar is cut in three pieces and attachedto the back, forepart and sleeve, as per illustrations onthe diagram. There are outside side-pockets with flapsto go in and out. The garment is close fitting in theback and sides at waist anil traces the form slightly atthe waist line in front.
