U. S. Army Soldiers assigned to 1st Squadron, 102nd Cavalry Regiment, 44th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, New Jersey Army National Guard prepare to conduct Mortar live fire training with the M120/M121 120 mm mortar system, during the eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) exercise on July 24, 2022 at Ft. Drum, N. Y.  More than 2,500 Soldiers are participating in the training event, which enables brigade combat teams to achieve the trained platoon readiness necessary to deploy, fight, and win.
