As usual our stock of Ferns is very large, about 500,000 beiuy; now iu pots ready to send out. Our collection has been especially selected for florists' use, discarding all such as are only useful in a botanical collection. Choice Varieties of Special Merit. Adiautum Farleyense. Nice young, thrifty stock for growing on. 3 inch pots, $ per dozen ; $ per 100. 4 " " " " 5 " " " " Adiantam Latliomi. Always scarce, and in our estimation (excepting A. Far- leyense) the most beautiful Adiantum in cultivation, for growing into specimen plants. We have a fine lot of 3 inch pots which we can supply at ii'2M0 per doz.; $ per 100, Adiantum Ithodophyllum. This variety is always scarce, and while it does not com- pare with Farleyense in a large specimen, in a small plant it resembles it very much, and has the advantage of suc- ceeding under ordinary cultivation. 2 inch pots, 75 cts. per dozen ; $ per 100. 3 " $ " " Adiantum Caudatum and Adiantum Dolabriformis. Two pretty species especially adapted tor ])askets. They are of a peculiar creeping or drooping habit, with long fronds, at the ends of which young plants are produced. 3 inch pots, $ per dozen ; $ per 100. Doodia Aspera Multifida. A most desirable dwarf-growing f'ern which will prove invaluable for use in fein dishes. It is of compact, bushy habit: the young fronds a beautiful j)ink, which changes to a deep green, and are freely ciested on the ends. 2i in. pots, 00 cts. per doz.; $ per 100 ; $; per 1000. Microlepia Hirta Cristata. We consider this one of the finest Ferns in cultivation to grow into specimen plants, and while it is of such a deli- cate, graceful appearance, that would lead one to think that it was useless as a house-fern, it is, nevertheless, one of the best for this purpo
