London, UK. June 29th, 2016. Cleaners belonging to the United Voices of the World union employed by anti-union cleaning contractor Thames Cleaning at 100 Wood St, mainly let to Schroders and J P Morgan, held a rally on the 22nd day of their strike. It marked the start of a national campaign against against CBRE, the Fortune 500 commercial real estate company who own the offices and support Thames who allege they cannot afford to pay cleaners a living wage, but wasted over £20,000 trying to get an injunction to stop the strike, an action which landed the grass-roots union with crippling legal costs. Police and security stop them entering CBRE's St Martin's Court office and they protest outside. Peter Marshall/Alamy Live News
