GULF (Nov. 20, 2016) Seaman Levi Turner, from Atlanta, Ga., conducts a 364-day inspection on a BRU-32 bomb rack on board the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Turner serves aboard Ike as an aviation ordnanceman. Ike and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve, a multinational effort to weaken and destroy Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant operations in the Middle East region and around the world.
