Pangio malayana or Malayan Pangio, Acanthophthalmus kuhlii malayanus


Originally known only from Johor and Pahang states, Peninsular Malaysia. Depending on locality the substrate may be composed of peat, mud or sand with the fish typically abundant in piles of leaf litter.
