A man making beads from ground old glass at the Cedi bead factory Ghana

A man is loading very small moulds with ground glass. The glass is of various colours and is poured very carefully into the mould to form the pattern of the bead. Once all of the moulds are full the container is put into a kiln to fuse the galss into the bead.
