CHATAN TOWN, OKINAWA, Japan— Col. Vincent Ciuccoli interacts with a child while volunteering as a crossing guard for Kitatama Elementary School July 19 in Chatan Town, Okinawa, Japan. Ciuccoli volunteered to build upon the partnership with the local community and ensure the safety of the children as they walk to school along the busy streets of Chatan Town.
