Members assigned to the 102nd Civil Engineer Squadron participate in power outage exercise on Feb. 10, 2018 at Otis Air National Guard Base, Mass. One of the main objectives of the exercise was to identify communication friction points and look for possible solutions. The 102nd Intelligence Wing Inspector General team stressed that knowing how to react to situations is crucial for all members on base.
