Utuado, Puerto Rico. Mar. 13, 2018--A happy resident of Río Abajo is one of the first to drive his car across the new bridge built in his community. After Hurricane María tore through the island, the heavy rain collapsed the previous bridge leaving more than 25 families isolated. Today, thanks to the efforts of local, state and federal agencies, the community has a new bridge. FEMA/Eduardo Martínez
