Orchids have not increased in quantity. Lilies are in rather small supply and have a heavy demand. As previously stated, asters and gladioli are almost out of the question. Carnations perhaps may be classified with valley, the supply being somewhat erratic, although the quality is becom- ing better rapidly. The stems, too, are longer. Marigolds have been a great factor in the market, greater than ever before. Violets are improving much in quality, both double and single, but the quantity is somewhat short. Nice snapdragons are to be had and there is no difficulty in disposing of them. Chrysanthemums are slowly increasing in supply. Greens of all kinds are
