Fire crews damping down a fire which was in offices above the stable block at the brewery in the north Oxfordshire village of Hook Norton. This year 2024 the brewery celebrates its 175th anniversary, however, this was not the way it was intending to celebrate this fact. Fortunately everyone was evacuated without injury. The brewery's famous shire horses were already in their field when the fire took hold.
