Coldstreamer Stefan Home leads the cavaclade of horses of the village green at Norham at the start of Coldstream Civic Week which is the last of the Scottish Border towns to hold it's annual festival where the Rideouts form the key part of the festivals. Coldstream's Civic weeks first of Rideout is to Norham where James IV took Norham Castle before his defeat at Flodden in 1513 and where the main Rideout will take place on Thurs 9th August with over 300 horses expected to take part where the 'Coldstreamer' will lay a wreath at the Flodden Memorial
